Job Description

Process customer orders, initially focusing on microscopy routine analysis (light obscuration, Osmolality, micro flow imaging, optical microscopy with opportunity to expand into more techniques such as electron microscopy.
Independently organize and conduct analysis of customer orders, including sample preparation, analysis, evaluation, and documentation.
Collaborate with scientists on method validations.
Work in a GMP laboratory environment.
Take over responsibility for analytical instrumentation (troubleshooting, data integrity and coordination with suppliers).

Education as lab technician with focus on analytics or comparable education
Professional experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
Previous experience with microscopy techniques such as light obscuration, optical microscopy, SEM, EDX, MFI, including the sample preparation, is an advantage.
Excellent understanding of analytical chemistry and excitement to learn new analysis techniques.
Experience with pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur and USP) testing is advantageous.
LIMS and Chromeleon knowledge preferable.
Proactive, committed, reliable and hard working.
Good knowledge of English. German is an advantage.
