Specialist for Thermo HRAM-LC/MS and GC/MS instrumentation

Job Description

Would you like to become a team member in our Mass spectrometry center of excellence?

• Maintain and oversee our LC-MS and GC-MS high-resolution accurate mass orbitrap instrument park (HRAM-LC/MS and HRAM-GC/MS) in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Perform day to day maintenance of LC, GC, and MS instruments. 
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for equipment with our suppliers to ensure seamless operations. 
• Take responsibility for laboratory equipment management and compliance. 
• Support the team in setting up and optimizing HRAM-LC/MS and HRAM-GC/MS instruments for analytical testing in a GMP environment. 
• Assist and collaborate with other laboratory team members in daily activities.
• Conduct technical reviews of documents related to analytical work. 
• Optional: Perform raw data review under GMP guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Laboratory Technician with at least 5 years of professional experience in the use and maintenance of HRAM-LC/GC-MS.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage.
• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is a plus. 
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); French language skills are an advantage.
• Well-organized and structured work approach.
