Job Description
Ready to take on the challenge of fascinating analytics in a great team?
- Process customer orders, initially focusing on particle sizing by laser light diffraction, light microscopy and to expand into more techniques such as electron microscopy and other solid state analytical techniques.
- Independently organize and conduct analysis of customer orders, including sample preparation, analysis, evaluation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with scientists on method validations.
- Work in a GMP laboratory environment.
- Take over responsibility for analytical instrumentation (troubleshooting, data integrity and coordination with suppliers).
Requirements
- Education as lab technician with focus on analytics or comparable education
- Professional experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
- Previous experience with Particle size by laser light diffraction, microscopy techniques such as, XRPD or thermal analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of analytical chemistry and excitement to learn new analysis techniques.
- Experience with pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur and USP) testing is advantageous. • LIMS and Chromeleon knowledge preferable.
- Proactive, committed, reliable and hard working.
- Good knowledge of English, German is an advantage.
