Job Description

leading and developing a team of 3-8 people
acting as point of contact & expert for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
closely collaborating with laboratory staff, reviewers and scientists to adhere to budget, deadlines and quality within assigned area of responsibility
building strong and trustworthy relationships with our customers
continuously optimizing workflows and processes

solid experience with HPLC, teamplayer capabilities and dynamic, agile working style
problem-solving and interpersonal skills, paired with a collaborative mindset
experience with handling of quality events (deviation, change request, OOS investigation)
background in biochemistry, life science OR a similar field
experience in feasibility studies, method development and validation, as well as in routine HPLC analysis
High discipline and sense of responsibility
Fluent in English and German
