- Strategic Leadership: Define and champion an information security vision and strategy that aligns with global business goals
- Proactive Risk Management: Identify and anticipate evolving threats, developing strategies to mitigate risk and protect critical assets
- Continuous Improvement: Drive an organizational security mindset through innovative policies, standards, and a continuous improvement cycle that ensures adaptation to changing regulations and business needs
- Business Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to balance security initiatives with business operations, promoting secure, agile growth
- Crisis Management: Lead rapid incident response efforts to resolve issues, communicate risks transparently, and prevent re-occurrence
Requirements
- Proven Leadership: Successfully enabled and scaled security teams, hands-on and can-do attitude
- Analytical and innovative thinking: Ability to analyze complex security problems, propose innovative solutions, and influence decisions at the leadership level
- Communication skills: Excellent ability to translate technical issues into clear business risks and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
