Job Description

Management of multiple smaller chromatographic projects for several teams in a GMP environment
Managing interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Setting up and finalization of projects via LIMS such as assigning tests, sending out of analytical reports and invoicing of projects
Tracking of financial data correlated to projects
Supporting the teams for documents and quality related tasks (e.g. methods, deviations etc.)
Supporting the preparation of quotes for chromatographic tests

Completed bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in chemistry or correlated field
At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in the field of Chromatography
Profound knowledge in project management
Strong quality focus, experience in GMP
Ability to perform in a highly dynamic environment
Good communication and social skills
Fluent in English (oral and in writing). German is an advantage
