We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics or related field. Advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years in sales, sales analytics, business analytics or related role in the biotech, pharma or CRO/CDMO space
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modeling)
- Experience with CRM implementation, governance and vendor management
- Collaborate with BD/Sales, SME’s, Marketing, IT and Sr. leadership to implement software tools and track marketing initiatives, analytics and data that lead to commercial success
- Experience with SalesForce and data visualization tools (Power BI experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of database management and reporting tools (familiarity with SQL is a plus)
- Design and lead sales prospecting strategies and training (utilizing CRM, Data Mining tools, social media)
- Propose key sales and marketing metrics to achieve for current BD/sales group
- Proven ability to curate and analyze large data sets, extract meaningful insights, clearly present findings and offer actionable recommendations.
- Experience in forecasting, sales performance metrics and pipeline analysis
- Deep understanding of sales processes and go to market strategies
- Experience with competitive pricing research and understanding of pricing strategies
- Proven ability to develop a data driven decision making culture
- Proven record of driving commercial success using data and analytical tools
- Strong knowledge of business analytical tools and digital solutions
- Commercial strategic thinking
- Work with sales leadership, HR and finance on design of annual sales compensation plans
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track, analyze and report key sales metrics
- Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate Sales Performance
- Translate analysis into insights, implementation recommendations and process improvement suggestions
- Act as CRM tool owner, lead governance end ensure data integrity
- Drive system and process improvement, change management and tool upgrades
- Identify trends, gaps and opportunities to improve team performance and revenue growth
- Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports for sales leadership and executive teams
- Provide actionable insights and guidance to optimize lead conversion and deal velocity
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM and work with the commercial team to improve data collection
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop and refine strategies for target markets and client segments
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for effective campaign execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to guide decision making
- Conduct pricing analysis and help the commercial team optimize and structure deals to move from transactional selling to relationship selling
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to acquire and expand business with focus and core customers
- Work closely with market intelligence and drive Client targeting activities, feeding into Inside Sales & Business Development (BD)
- Provide actionable insights for the sales to drive BD and wallet share expansion actions
- Develop wallet share and territory share analysis templates
